There is a basement section independent and cut off/segregated from the main house (with noise cancellation) not included as part of the rental. It may be sometimes occupied by owner. It has its separate entry and exit.

There are three bedrooms each with its own portable AC unit. The living space has a ceiling fan.

Upon review of last year's feedback (2022), we have corrected all the minor aspects of improvement opportunities: bottom half bathroom door shutting with a slight gap, replaced kitchen sink faucet, a loose door knob in the main living room, flickering lights (which if it ever happens, on-off-on corrects it). LED lights sometimes have a second or two lag unfortunately.
